Part Time Credit Controller (Interim) – Gainsborough - £25,000 - £30,000 (FTE)Our client a highly successful, fast growing business based near Gainsborough is looking for Part time Credit Controller to join this busy finance team, for an initial minimum 3-4 months with the potential of longer term for the right person. This is an integral role within their finance function to support with the credit control process for a large number of accounts within their busiest periods.In return:

  • Ability to do PT hours over 5 days to fit in with school hours or family commitments
Interim Part Time Credit Controller responsibilities include:
  • Chasing overdue debt on phone and email to maximise cash collection and agreeing payment plans
  • Managing a number of live accounts, including reconciling accounts
  • Raising credit notes and sending out statements
  • Setting up new customer accounts including credit checking and agreeing credit term
  • Process direct debt payments
  • Assist the credit control manager and colleagues with ad-hoc projects and queries

  • Previous experience working in a fast paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships
  • Must be IT literate including in Excel
  • You will be organised, hardworking and have a passion for making a real difference to the business
