We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established care provider for a talented and passionate individual to Lead and Manage Nursing Home in the heart of Gainsborough. This role will require registration with CQC.
 
As the Home Manager, you will work 2 days on the care rota, with the remaining hours dedicated to managerial responsibilities.

Responsibilities of the Home Manager will include:
 
·Leading, managing, and supporting your team to ensure a high standard of care and service for all residents
·Regularly reviewing and maintaining care plans, ensuring continuous assessment, planning, and evaluation of resident care
·Overseeing financial management within the home, including budgeting and resource allocation
·Promoting and preserving each resident's dignity and independence
·Supporting residents to achieve the highest possible quality of life, tailored to their individual needs
·Encouraging resident participation in decisions relating to their daily living arrangements
 
What we're looking for in our Home Manager:
 
To be successful in this role, you will have a genuine caring nature and a passion for making a positive impact on residents' lives. Prior experience in a similar role is essential, alongside a relevant Health and Social Care qualification, ideally at Management Level 5. Experience liaising with Local Authorities, CQC, and other external agencies regarding residents' care is highly desirable.
