Elevation Recruitment Group are working with a manufacturer in Gainsborough to recruit an Multi-skilled Maintenance Engineer.

Salary: £41,648.97 including shift allowance 

Shifts: 6am-2pm, 8am-4pm and 4pm – 2am

Our client is looking for a skilled Multi-skilled Maintenance Engineer who is passionate about maintaining and repairing machinery.

As Multi-skilled Maintenance Engineer, you will maintain the site's electrical and mechanical services, equipment, and machinery.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Support the maintenance of equipment, machinery and associated services in good electrical order
  • Quickly identify and fix electrical and mechanical issues to minimise downtime
  • Perform regular maintenance to ensure optimal performance of all equipment and machinery
  • Install and maintain services in line with current regulations
  • Provide electrical/mechanical support in the event of breakdowns
  • Execute planned preventative maintenance and contribute to system improvements
  • Work with various internal departments and external suppliers to support operations
  • Work within 5s methodology
  • Record work done in the Maintenance Management System (SAP) with detailed technical feedback

We are keen to speak with Multi-skilled Maintenance Engineers with the following experience:

  • Electrical qualifications
  • Fault Finding on Various Electrical Control Systems.
  • Installation experience
  • Fault finding and repairs on mechanical plant
  • Fabrication/welding/machining/fitting experience
  • PPM systems
  • Solid understanding of engineering principles
