Our Eminox site located in Gainsborough - part of the Hexadex group seeks

A telematics (Data) Co-ordinator to l support all Telematics (Data) related activities for Eminox’s Service and Aftersales customer fleets which operate vehicles and non-road equipment retrofitted with our exhaust technology which is monitored via Telematics.

The role will be part of Aftersales Department providing support and data to facilitate in service performance data, diagnostics to facilitate maintenance and repairs that will ensure the systems operate to high emission reduction levels recognised standards that enable them to enter and operate in Low emission cities and area.

Using the portal to read and down load the data

The role will manage the day-to-day requirements and provide both internal and external customers with the necessary information to maintain compliant low emission vehicles.

Duties include

  • Reviewing customer telematics requests, providing reports as required.
  • Ensure customer subscriptions are maintained, working with the CRM to allow timely quotation. Co-ordinate customer access and log in control to the telemetry portal
  • Conduct end user training on how to use customer interface on the portal to access their data
  • Works with Sales, Master Scheduler and Senior Buyer, to determine tactics when demand is abnormal.
  • Communicates any supply changes that are expected to affect product availability
  • Reporting of key business metrics including arrears, OTIF
  • Being a single point of contact for customers while building and maintaining relationships for key customer accounts
  • Receiving schedules/orders from customers and creating sales orders on the integrated business plan.
  • Keeping the customer informed of delivery dates obtained from planning and purchasing.
  • Answering customers concerns, assessing and resolving queries received from internal and external customers. Where these cannot be resolved, escalating as appropriate to the Demand Controller or internal sales contact.

About you

  • Proficient in English with excellent communication skill at all levels.
  • Demonstrated phone etiquette and customer service experience, customer focused.
  • Ability to interpret data telematics information to produce call out and field works orders
  • Be able to present the data to colleagues and customers effectively.
  • Analytical thinker able to process and understand data with excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Confident professional manner and ability to deal with customers and suppliers
  • Computer literate (Microsoft Office in particular Excel/Outlook and Power Bi) - proficent with using systems and downloading data and understanding the meaning.
  • A background in a similar industry would be an advantageous or exposure or understanding of telematics would also be desirable.
