Job Title: Teaching Assistant (TA)

Salary: £90 - £100 per day (Depending on experience)
Start: Immediate
Contract: Day-to-day/Long-term, Part-time/Full-time

Essential Qualities That We Are Looking For:
- Provide 1:1 and small group support to pupils across various subjects.
- Assist the class teacher with lesson preparation, delivery, and behaviour management.
- Support pupils with additional needs to help them access learning effectively.
- Encourage student engagement, confidence, and independence.
- Help maintain a positive, inclusive, and safe classroom environment.
The Successful Candidate Will:
- Previous experience working with children in an educational setting is desirable.
- A positive, patient, and proactive attitude.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work flexibly and adapt to different classroom settings.
- Relevant qualifications (e.g., CACHE Level 2/3) are beneficial but not essential.
- Have an enhanced DBS registered to the update service or be happy to apply for one with GSL Education.
