Seeking an experienced Retail site Manager to oversee a 14-week refrigeration upgrade at Morrisons, Gainsborough. The role involves project coordination, contractor management, budget control, and ensuring health & safety compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage project timelines, budget, and contractor coordination.
- Ensure compliance with health & safety and store regulations.
- Conduct site visits, inspections, and quality control.
- Provide regular updates to stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in retail/supermarket refurbishments.
- Strong M&E, construction, and fit-out knowledge.
- CSCS, SMSTS, or similar certifications preferred.
