We are looking for an Office Manager to join a company in Hemswell Cliff, Gainsborough.
This is a full-time permanent position.
An exciting opportunity to manage a small team, and be responsible for daily running of the office.
An insight to the role:
Looking after key customer accounts
Answering the phone, sorting any queries
Raising quotes/purchase orders/orders/invoices/credit notes on Exchequer
Managing stock on Exchequer
Updating prices and new products
Debt collection
Liaising with transport manager to arrange deliveries
We are looking for someone who has:
IT and Microsoft Office skills
Experience of managing an office space and ideally, experience managing a small team.
Ability to work under pressure in a busy office environment
This is an office-based position, Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm. Due to the nature of the business, there will be a short peak time where extended hours could be required, but this time will be given back throughout the rest of the year.
Salary for this position is 35,000.
