We are working with Secondary Schools across Gainsborough, and looking to build a reliable and inspirational Team of Cover Supervisors to support these schools!

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about education and wants to make a positive impact on students' learning experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage the classroom in the absence of the regular teacher
  • Deliver pre-prepared lessons and ensure students remain on task.
  • Foster a positive learning environment.
  • Manage classroom behaviour effectively.
  • Collaborate with school staff.

Requirements:

  • Experience working with children or young people in an educational setting.
  • Flexibility to adapt to different school environments.
  • SEND Experience an advantage but not essential.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Enhanced DBS clearance or willingness to obtain one.
