About the Role: As a Cover Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing a classroom and supporting students in the absence of the regular teacher. This role is ideal for individuals who are confident, organised, and eager to inspire young people.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver pre-planned lessons across a variety of subjects.
- Maintain a positive and focused learning environment.
- Support students with their learning and answer questions as needed.
- Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies.
- Provide feedback to teachers on student progress and engagement.
What We're Looking For:
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- Confidence in leading a class and managing behaviour effectively.
- Flexibility and a proactive approach to working in different classroom settings.
- A degree (any subject) is desirable but not essential.
- Previous experience working with young people is a bonus but not required.
