A requirement has arisen with our client for a skilled Engineer that can ensure the smooth running of business assets and infrastructure. The various enterprises have a diverse range of Machinery and buildings; all that require maintenance, servicing, fabrication and fixing when required. (Anaerobic digestion, combine, tractors, trailers, implements, slurry equipment, pig equipment, buildings etc).
A generalist engineer with practical knowledge across the mechanical, engineering, and maintenance. The person would be working with the Renewables Manager in overseeing the site and training would be given, as necessary. All of our Arable Team have an involvement in the AD side.
This is an hourly paid position based upon a basic and overtime rate, commensurate with experience. Being in an Agricultural setting, the business is seasonal with more overtime available during the summer months.
