We are currently seeking 2 Warehouse Operatives for our client based in Gainsborough.
Warehouse Operative Benefits:
- Location: Gainsborough
- Rate of pay: £11.50 per hour
- Hours: Hours: Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm
- Contract: Temporary ongoing - potential of temp to perm
Warehouse Operative Duties:
- Locate products and rotate stock effectively
- Picking and packing items
- Working from a pick sheet and using scanners
- Using a trolley to move stock around the Warehouse
- Replenishing the Warehouse as and when required, ensuring stock is always available for picking
- Moving pallets
- Manual handling
- Ensure all pallets, cages and stillages are secure in accordance with Health & Safety regulations
- Comfortable with using a range of warehouse related equipment
- Unloading, loading and moving items safely around the Warehouse
Warehouse Operative Criteria:
- Experience working within a warehouse, picking and packing environment
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment
- Attention to detail to maintain order accuracy
- Team player mindset with the willingness to support colleagues
- Adaptability to meet changing business needs
- Health and safety aware
- Able to use warehouse equipment
- Excellent attention to detail
- Hardworking and reliable
- Experience of driving an FLT preferred but not essential (in-house will be considered)
