We are looking for Temporary Asset Safety Officer for 2 - 3 months.

We are looking for someone:

To assist the Compliance Manager and working as part of an established team to carry out site audit inspection, you will ensure the safe and effective delivery of gas servicing and repairs, gas installations, and compliance with electrical upgrades

As part of the Compliance team, you will assist with the management of risk and performance for (dont have to be qualified in these areas as already signed off by qualified professionals) Gas Safety and compliance in relation to Electrical, Water safety systems, Asbestos and Fire ensuring adherence to current legislation.

As part of the Compliance team, you will ensure a customer focus on safe service delivery and health and safety related supervision of employees.

The role reports into the Compliance Manager, the team has 3 members in total. The role requires the post holder to liaise with Housing and Property officers on a frequent basis and use IT equipment.
