We are seeking an experiencedMulti-Site Residential Care Home Managerto oversee two small residential homes in the tranquil Scottish Borders area, with a combined total of up to 41 beds. This role offers the opportunity to make a real difference while ensuring the highest standards of care.
The Role:
- Lead the day-to-day management of both homes.
- Ensure exceptional care and full compliance with The Care Inspectorate (CI).
- Increase private occupancy through strong relationship management.
- Mentor and lead dedicated care teams to deliver exceptional service.
- Oversee budgets and financial performance across both sites.
What Were Looking For:
- Level 4 Diploma in Health and Social Care(or equivalent).
- At least 1 year of experience as a Residential Care Home Manager.
- Proven ability to build private occupancy levels and meet financial targets.
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Solid knowledge of Care Inspectorate regulations.
