Tax Manager - Outskirts of Crowborough

We are currently seeking an experienced Tax Manager who is looking to take the next step in their career, with full support to progress into a Senior Tax Manager position.

Key Responsibilities:
- Managing your own portfolio of clients across a range of tax matters
- Preparing and reviewing self-assessment and partnership tax returns
- Supporting and mentoring junior members of the team
- Preparing and reviewing Trust and Estate returns
- Assisting in the preparation of 60-day CGT returns
- Liaising with clients on complex tax queries and offering technical advice
- Contributing to business development and identifying opportunities for growth
Essential Skills & Experience:
- Qualified CTA, or ACA/ACCA with strong tax experience
- Experience in personal tax, trusts, and capital gains tax
- Practice background essential
- Comfortable managing a varied portfolio and building client rapport
- Organised, proactive, and commercially aware
- Keen to progress into a more senior leadership position
