Hours: Mornings/Afternoons (2 Fridays off per month)

My client, a global leader in the Aerospace industry, has an exciting opportunity for a Paint Sprayer to join their growing team based in Deeside.

The successful candidate will be involved in assembly operations, stripping parts, ordering materials, managing consumable usage, applying coatings to aerospace components.

Responsibilities:
  • Confirm all prior assembly operations have been completed
  • Prepare surfaces of components for painting
  • Select and mix paints and coatings in accordance with business protocols, process requirements, and specifications
  • Operate paint spraying equipment with precision
  • Work together with the quality control group to guarantee that the final products fulfil industry requirements
  • Maintain thorough records of the materials, hours, and paint usage
  • Observe safety precautions and regulations when working with hazardous materials

The person:
  • Previous experience as a Paint Sprayer is essential
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to read Engineering drawings
  • Computer literate
