What's involved?
The Restaurant Manager (6 month Maternity Contract) is charged with supporting all aspects of the property, responsibilities include overseeing all departments, working closely with the Head Chef establishing menus, recruitment, Training and most importantly the guest experience. The role would suit an Restaurant Manager with similar experience or coming from a well-established 4 star background.
