KCR Solutions are delighted to be working with a forward-thinking organisation in their search for a Management Accountant. Based in Gateshead, you will be employed on a 9-month contract and your duties will be as follows:
- Responsible for the preparation and presentation of the management accounts
- Preparation of financial reports to support decision making
- Cost and variance analysis and year end predictions
- Providing financial advice to support strategic planning
- Carrying out research and preparing financial reports
- Assisting in the management, control and monitoring of the financial resources
- Collaborating with other departments to gather financial data
- Liaising with other managers and answering queries
- Assisting in the development, operation and maintenance of financial systems
- Training and supporting the finance team
You will have worked in a similar role previously and will be AAT qualified as a minimum. You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and will be confident in providing financial advice. Excellent IT skills are essential.
