Office Angels is on the lookout for an immediately available Office Administrator to fill a short-term role (approx. 2-3 weeks) starting ASAP. This position is based in Birtley within a lively, construction-related environment. Join a team where your administrative prowess will support commercial and financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure smooth office operations.
  • Manage documents, organise files, and oversee archiving.
  • Coordinate staff travel/accommodations.
  • Schedule training/medicals in partnership with the Training Manager.
  • Utilise SharePoint 2013 for document management.
  • Support senior management and perform ad hoc duties.
  • Manage basic accounting tasks like invoicing and commercial processes.

  • Familiarity with document management (e.g., SharePoint).
  • Knowledge of invoice processing.
