We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Education Visit Coordinator to join our team and help enrich our students' educational journey through well-organised and impactful visits.Job Description:As an Education Visit Coordinator, you will be responsible for planning, organising, and overseeing educational visits and trips for our students. Your role will involve coordinating with teachers, external organisations, and parents to ensure that all visits are safe, educational, and enjoyable.Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and organise educational visits and trips in line with the school's curriculum and educational goals.
- Liaise with teachers to identify suitable visit opportunities that complement classroom learning.
- Coordinate with external organisations, venues, and transport providers to arrange logistics.
- Ensure all visits comply with health and safety regulations and school policies.
- Manage budgets and ensure cost-effective planning of visits.
- Communicate with parents and guardians regarding visit details and obtain necessary permissions.
- Accompany students on visits and provide supervision and support as needed.
- Evaluate the success of visits and gather feedback to improve future planning.
Requirements:
- Previous experience of organising educational visits or similar events.
- Strong organisational and planning skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to work collaboratively with teachers, students, and external partners.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to educational visits.
- Flexibility and adaptability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Passion for enhancing students' learning experiences through educational visits.
