Our client, a global compressed air, process cooling and gas treatment specialist, provides R&D, engineering & manufacturing, sales & marketing and service & support to its customer base worldwide. The company now seeks to recruit a European Sales Manager to establish far-reaching distributorship agreements for its products across the EMEA region.
As European Sales Manager, you will:
Develop sales of the companys purification solutions across the EMEA region
Identify and implement new distribution channels
Execute strategies to increase market penetration
Identify new potential clients
Expand the companys presence in new markets
Interface with the global team to meet shared targets and objectives
Analyse monthly results and provide performance reports
Monitor the external sales team
Spend 30% of your time overseas (average)
As European Sales Manager, you will need:
Proven experience in the identification and management of a distributor network (France, Germany, Italy, Poland)
Demonstrable experience of driving B2B sales growth within the EMEA region
A strategic mindset
A technical understanding of compressed air treatment products (preferable)
Command of other European languages (preferable)
Salary & benefits:
£85-90k
20% bonus
Car allowance: £6k
