A proven track record in Business Development within the Work-Based Learning and Skills sector.? A natural hunter with the ability to generate and convert new business opportunities.? Strong understanding of government-funded training programmes, including Apprenticeships, Diplomas, Short Courses, and Commercial Training.? Ability to build long-term employer relationships and drive revenue growth.? A self-motivated and target-driven mindset.?
