Hybrid working:
Monday, Thursdays and Fridays working from home.
Tuesdays and Wednesdays - Office based.
As a Customer Service Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that every customer feels valued and heard. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Responding promptly and effectively to customer inquiries via various communication channels, including phone, email, and live chat.
- Delivering outstanding service while actively listening to customer needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Building rapport with customers, ensuring a positive experience that encourages loyalty.
- Identifying and resolving issues, whether they are simple queries or more complex concerns, with empathy and efficiency.
- Collaborating closely with team members and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience, sharing insights and feedback to enhance service delivery.
- Maintaining comprehensive knowledge of products and services to provide accurate information and recommendations to customers.
- Documenting interactions and keeping accurate records to track customer feedback effectively.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate:
