Our client, a global compressed air, process cooling and gas treatment specialist, provides R&D, engineering & manufacturing, sales & marketing and service & support to its customer base worldwide. The company now seeks to recruit a European Distribution Sales Manager to establish far-reaching distributorship agreements for its products across the EMEA region.
As European Distribution Sales Manager, you will:
- Develop sales of the companys purification solutions across the EMEA region
- Identify and implement new distribution channels
- Execute strategies to increase market penetration
- Identify new potential clients
- Expand the companys presence in new markets
- Interface with the global team to meet shared targets and objectives
- Analyse monthly results and provide performance reports
- Monitor the external sales team
- Spend 30% of your time overseas (average)
As European Distribution Sales Manager, you will need:
- Proven experience in the identification and management of a distributor network (France, Germany, Italy, Poland)
- Demonstrable experience of driving B2B sales growth within the EMEA region
- A strategic mindset
- A technical understanding of compressed air treatment products (preferable)
- Command of other European languages (preferable)
