Join a dynamic team dedicated to driving positive change and be part of an exciting journey towards global market leadership. We are seeking an experienced Events & Partnerships Marketing Manager with a SaaS background. In this role, you will drive multi-channel events and networking opportunities to engage new audiences and enhance our client's brand. You will play a pivotal role in business and brand growth by managing marketing partnerships, events, and trade shows. Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify, grow, and manage a multi-channel events program, including trade shows, webinars, podcasts, and more. Ensure high-quality networking and revenue opportunities.
  • Develop comprehensive marketing plans for events aligned with regional and brand strategies, covering promotional campaigns, email marketing, social media, content creation, and advertising initiatives.
  • Work closely with the Partnerships Team to maximize marketing opportunities, enhance mutual growth, and create a collaborative network to boost brand awareness and thought leadership.
  • Assist in designing, creating, and publishing marketing collateral and campaigns.
  • Build strong relationships with journalists, bloggers, and influencers relevant to our industry.
  • Utilize marketing automation tools and CRM systems to manage event registration, attendee communication, and post-event follow-up.
  • Collaborate with the design team to create compelling event collateral, including brochures, flyers, signage, and digital assets.
  • Implement feedback mechanisms, surveys, and satisfaction metrics to improve event experiences and meet customer expectations.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation.
  • Monitor and analyse key performance metrics to optimize future event strategies and campaigns.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of three years’ experience in B2B event marketing, preferably in a SaaS environment.
  • Proven track record of successfully executing marketing campaigns and driving attendance for events.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ideally proficient in Hubspot, or similar marketing automation platform, and analytics tools.
  • Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail.
  • Team player with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
