Are you the right person for the job?

  • Proven experience as a panel beater in a bodyshop or accident repair centre
  • Strong knowledge of body repair techniques and tools
  • Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications
  • Excellent attention to detail and workmanship
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Full UK driving licence preferred
  • Relevant qualifications (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent) desirable but not essential if backed by solid experience

What will your role look like?

  • Carry out panel repairs to a high standard, including removing, repairing, and replacing damaged body panels
  • Realign chassis and body frames as required
  • Fill, sand, and prepare panels for painting
  • Work with a variety of vehicles including cars, vans, and light commercials
  • Ensure all repairs meet manufacturer and industry standards
  • Accurately record work completed and communicate progress to the workshop manager
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment and adhere to all health and safety regulations
