CMS Recruitment are currently recruiting for a number of Power Press Setter for our client based in Gateshead - Pressing Division.

This role is a temp to perm with a view of being taken on permanently after your 12th week minimum of 37.5 hours per week - overtime is available.

This will be a 2-shift pattern role which is Monday - Thursday 2 shift pattern.

Early shift - 06:30 - 16:30 / Late shift - 12:30 - 22:30

The role will involve press setting within a busy metal manufacturing environment. Ensuring all work is carried out to the highest possible standard while adhering to all health and safety.

Essentials Requirements:

  • You must have experience in setting and running progression presses and capable of to work too strict deadlines to reach daily targets of high volume manufacturing.
  • You must have experience in both tandem and Progression/coil fed blanking disciplines.
  • You must be a team player with a professional attitude and able to problem solve whilst maintaining high levels of performance and quality.
