Field Service Manager (Construction) £30,000 Starting Salary + Up to £5k Bonus + Training + Progression + Company Benefits GatesheadAre you a Field Service Manager or similar with a background in construction, looking for a role covering a North East regional patch where you will be responsible for a tight knit team of fitters, with access to a company van allowed for personal use and potential bonuses to boost earnings?This long standing company are the leading supplier of home insulation products across the UK, providing their services primarily into domestic housing but also covering some commercial properties also. In this role you will be responsible for a team of Fitters, with the assistance of two assistant managers to help cover the North East region. This will be a field based position, in which you will be travelling across various sites to carry out checks on the work being carried out, the progress of the projects, making sure health and safety protocol is being followed and liaising with clients. When based in the office, you will carry out the documentation related to projects. This role will be suited to a Field Service Manager or similar, with a background in construction looking for a role that can offer industry specific training to develop your knowledge and skills further.
