Description

As the Learning and Development Partner, you will play a key role in developing and delivering high-quality learning and engagement materials. You will work closely with a variety of internal and external stakeholders to assess learning needs, design impactful training programmes, and support staff development across the organisation. Partnering with the Head of People, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Designing and delivering engaging learning and development materials
  • Equipping managers with the skills to better engage their teams and foster creativity among staff
  • Reviewing and enhancing appraisal systems and mandatory training programmes
  • Supporting the development of both operational and support staff under one cohesive L&D strategy
  • This is a newly created role, providing an opportunity to shape and influence our learning and development approach from the ground up

Profile

  • Recent experience in assessing learning needs and designing training programmes
  • A proven ability to evaluate the impact of L&D initiatives and drive continuous improvement
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to coordinate multiple activities and events
  • Strong digital skills, including experience using applications and tools to facilitate learning, gather feedback, and manage projects
  • The ability to quickly build relationships and collaborate with a wide range of internal and external partners
  • Experience of designing and/or delivering leadership development programmes
  • CIPD Level 7 qualification or other relevant L&D professional certifications
  • Experience or qualifications in coaching and mentoring
