We're searching for a number of talented Customer Support Advisor's to join a dynamic Customer Operations Team in Gateshead. As a Customer Support Advisor at our client's company, you'll play a vital role in ensuring their users have a positive experience on the platform. You'll be the friendly face and voice of their organisation, providing exceptional customer service and support to all users.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Help homeowners effectively post their job on our platform, connecting them with the best tradesperson for their needs.
  • Offer guidance and support to both new and established tradespeople, helping them maximise their membership benefits.
  • Retain valuable tradespeople by providing them with exceptional support and creative solutions.
  • Handle complaints from our customers, ensuring they receive advice and support towards a positive resolution.
  • Collaborate with other teams to develop and test new approaches that enhance user experience.
  • Respond to questions and comments on social media platforms and review sites like Trustpilot.

Job Requirements:

  • You have 1-3 years of experience in a customer service environment.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to adapt your tone to suit different situations.
  • Exceptional organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • A flexible and adaptable mindset, willing to meet the ever-changing needs of our business and customers.
  • A positive outlook, enthusiasm, and the ability to work well within a team.
