HR GO Recruitment are looking for an enthusiastic and energetic character to join one of the customer service companies based in Gateshead as a Customer Service Advisor.
The ideal candidate will be customer service focused, able to work as part of a team or individually with good Customer Service skills. You will be responsible for taking inbound calls, dealing with email via Zen Desk and responding to live chat.
General Duties of Customer Service Advisor:
- Respond to customer emails professionally and in a timely manner.
- Provide clear guidance on payment processes.
- Collaborate effectively both within a team and independently.

- Be self-motivated
- Excellent listener and communicator.
