Required Skills:
- MSP experience to a Service Desk standard (2nd Line level ideal)
- Strong troubleshooting skills across Windows, Microsoft 365, and networking
- A natural leader and problem solver who enjoys mentoring others
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Previous management experience is a bonus, but not essential
