• Deliver engaging and high-quality maths lessons to students.
• Plan, assess, and monitor student progress, adapting lessons to meet the diverse learning needs of all students.
• Establish and maintain a positive, inclusive classroom environment, fostering student engagement and enthusiasm for mathematics.
• Collaborate with experienced staff to improve teaching techniques and contribute to departmental initiatives.
• Provide academic support and guidance to students, helping them build their confidence and understanding in mathematics.
• A recently qualified maths teacher with a passion for teaching and inspiring students.
• Strong knowledge of the mathematics curriculum and the ability to differentiate lessons for various abilities.
• Enthusiastic and motivated, with a drive to support students in achieving their full potential.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills, with the ability to engage students and create a positive learning atmosphere.
• A willingness to learn and develop as part of a supportive team, taking on feedback and striving for continuous improvement.
