Business Analyst
We are working with a well known, established software team based in Gateshead. We are looking for a Business Analyst to effectively bridge the gap between our customers' needs and our technological capabilities. This role is pivotal in translating complex business processes and requirements into clear, actionable software specifications.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Analyse changes in the industry and customer requirements to assess impacts on our products.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define and communicate business needs and ensure a mutual understanding between technical and business teams.
- Develop detailed, clear, and actionable software specifications to guide development and testing teams.
- Maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
- Provide insights on business processes to ensure compliance with industry standards and timelines.
- Facilitate communication between customers, developers, and testers to ensure clarity in project deliverables.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in business analysis within a software development environment.
- Exceptional communication skills, capable of creating and delivering presentations.
- Strong analytical abilities with a keen interest in data and system processes.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience with digital transformation projects,
- Familiarity with Microsoft Azure DevOps.
