- Competitive hourly rate of £11.44 per hour
- Overtime available at enhanced rates
- Temp-to-perm contract after a successful 12-week probation period

THE BUSINESS
Our client has built a strong reputation in the industry and is highly regarded for their commitment to customer service. They specialize in creating a wide range of bespoke engineering solutions and are looking to expand their team to meet an increasing demand.
THE ROLE
As a Production Operative, you will be responsible for:
- Loading and unloading vans
- Preparing in-house and subcontract work for painting
- Loading and unloading items from production lines
- Wrapping products for dispatch
- Working alongside a small team of Powder Coaters to ensure efficient workflow
THE PERSON
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role
- Previous experience in assembly or line production
- Team player with experience in a production or manufacturing environment
- Driving/FLT license desirable
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexible approach with a positive work ethic and punctuality
