THE BUSINESS

THE ROLE

As a Production Operative, you will be responsible for:

  • Loading and unloading vans
  • Preparing in-house and subcontract work for painting
  • Loading and unloading items from production lines
  • Wrapping products for dispatch
  • Working alongside a small team of Powder Coaters to ensure efficient workflow

 

THE PERSON

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role
  • Previous experience in assembly or line production
  • Team player with experience in a production or manufacturing environment
  • Driving/FLT license desirable
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexible approach with a positive work ethic and punctuality
