Jackson Hogg are partnering with a leading organisation to recruit an experienced and proactive Event Manager for a key role in delivering exceptional, high-profile events. Reporting to the Commercial Director, this is an opportunity for a senior professional to take ownership of a diverse events programme while engaging with CEOs, councils, politicians, and industry leaders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Event Planning & Execution- Oversee the planning and delivery of trade shows, CEO conferences, and site visits, ensuring seamless execution.

  • Stakeholder Engagement- Act as the face of the business, building strong relationships with senior external stakeholders.

  • On-Site Event Management- Lead on-site event coordination, handling logistics and ensuring a high-quality experience.

  • Budget & Resource Management- Manage budgets and resources effectively while maintaining high standards.

  • Health & Safety Awareness- Work with the Health and Safety team to ensure event compliance.

What We Are Looking For:

  • Proven event management experience, ideally in high-profile, stakeholder-led environments.

  • Ability to work independently while remaining hands-on with logistics.

  • Strong project management and organisational skills.

  • Comfortable managing both large-scale conferences and intimate stakeholder events.

  • Experience engaging with CEOs, political figures, and senior industry leaders.

  • A flexible and proactive approach, able to adapt to the demands of the role.

Additional Details:

  • Hybrid working- 2 days from home, 3 days in the office (presence required on event days).

  • Standard hours: 35 hours per week (Monday to Friday, 9:00 to 17:00).
