Overview:We are seeking a highly organised Personal Assistant to support 3-4 Directors and Heads of Function across Adult Social Care, Commissioning, Performance, and Service Development. The role involves managing diaries, coordinating meetings, and handling inquiries from Councillors and MPs. Knowledge of social care systems is an advantage.
Role Involves:
- Managing and coordinating diaries for multiple Directors and Heads of Function.
- Organising and scheduling meetings, ensuring timely and effective communication.
- Handling inquiries from Councillors, MPs, and other stakeholders.
- Preparing and managing correspondence and documents.
- Assisting in the preparation of reports and presentations.
- Providing general administrative support as required.
Requirements:
- NVQ Level 3 in Business Administration (or equivalent).
- Previous experience as a Personal Assistant or in an administrative role.
