The Jobs You’ll Do

  • Following basic engineering drawing and diagrams
  • General housekeeping duties such as keeping your work station tidy.
  • Micrometres and verniers used for ensuring items are within the precision tolerances
  • Completing quality inspections, checking for damaged and defected products
  • Working with tools verniers, micrometres, and depth gauges
  • Heavy lifting throughout the role
  • Updating computer systems
  • Manually transporting products to machinery
  • Setting and programming machinery

About You;

  • Ideally should have experience to follow engineering drawing and diagrams
  • A positive attitude and are willing to learn more skills on the job
  • Confidence on the job and are happy to take on more responsibility if necessary
  • Will ideally have experience using hand tools
  • Ideally should have IT skills, however training can be given
  • Must be proactive and able to work individually or in a small team
