Candidate Requirements:
- Confident telephone manner
- Clear communication skills
- Able to build rapport quickly

- Sales ability desirable, with experience in a targeted environment
- Knowledge of mortgages advantageous, NOT ESSENTIAL AS FULL TRAINING WILL BE PROVIDED
- Must be able to work on Saturday and Sunday (off on Tuesday and Wednesday)
Role:
EGRecruiting is delighted to be recruiting for several Telephone Mortgage Qualifiers/Trainee Mortgage Brokers on a full-time basis, working 5 days (including weekends) with an earning potential of 拢35,000.If you have waited for a Trainee Mortgage Adviser role and have excellent communication skills, an outgoing and confident personality and can build rapport on the telephone easily, then this could be the opportunity you鈥檝e been looking for!You may have worked in mortgages before, perhaps an Administrator, or have achieved your CeMAP/CF6, this role will provide you with full training as a Qualifier and allow you in time, to develop your career.This is a telephone-based role, working from offices in Gateshead, 5 days per week (off on Tuesday and Wednesday).
Responsibilities will include:-
路 Answering in-bound calls from customers looking for a new build mortgage路 Building rapport whilst asking multiple questions and gaining information路 Liaising with the Mortgage Broker to clarify suitability路 Once verified, calling the customer to book an appointment with the Mortgage Broker
