In this role, you will be at the heart of shaping financial processes, supporting their growth, and helping to deliver exceptional IT support and telephony services to businesses across various sectors. As a Finance Manager, you'll oversee two junior staff members while managing crucial financial tasks such as monthly reporting, WIP calculations, cost analysis, and year-end audits.
Your expertise will be key to ensuring accuracy in all financial reporting, payment runs, and reconciliations. You will also be involved in cash flow forecasting, making vital decisions that keep them on track financially and support overall business objectives.
The ideal candidate will be a clear communicator who is comfortable working both independently and as part of a team. You should possess strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines effectively. Previous relevant experience, including managing staff, is essential. A proactive approach to problem-solving, along with a keen attention to detail, is also important
