We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrator to join an established team in Gateshead. This role is ideal for someone with administrative experience, strong qualifications, who is looking to grow within a dynamic and supportive environment. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining accurate records, uploading technical files, and supporting client operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Upload and maintain technical files from a centralised database to client portals.
  • Ensure accuracy, consistency, and completeness of all uploaded documents.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to file uploads promptly.
  • Maintain detailed logs of all uploads and file activities for auditing purposes.
  • Organise and archive documentation in line with company and client requirements.
  • Manage client portal access, ensuring files are securely and efficiently shared.
  • Communicate with clients to confirm receipt of documents or address specific needs.
  • Assist with data entry and internal reporting.
  • Provide support to other departments as needed for smooth operational flow.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience of work, showing up and working within a team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Familiarity with database management and file-sharing platforms is beneficial.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong time-management skills to meet deadlines efficiently.
  • Professional verbal and written communication skills for client and team interaction.
