Due to continued growth, our client, a highly regarded and successful Financial Services business, requires 2 additional career Paraplanners, to work on a full-time basis. Whilst individuals must have some previous experience, Trainee Paraplanners with limited experience, are invited to apply.You鈥檒l be office based near Gateshead and flexibility can be offered around working hours, with later start times and early finishes, alternative weeks.Responsibilities will include:-路 Completion of Letters of Authority (LOA鈥檚)路 Review current plans路 Conduct detailed research and analysis, utilising FE Analytics, SelectaPension and Defaqto路 Construct suitability letters路 Update and maintain documents and processes including templates and schedules路 Support and challenge Financial Advisers, where required

Qualifications:

路 Part/DipPFS whilst desirable, is not essential

Candidate Requirements:

  • Individuals must have some previous paraplanning exposure, either as a Trainee Paraplanner or as an experienced Paraplanner路 Possess an understanding of pensions, investments and life products路 Experience of paraplanning tools including FE Analytics, SelectaPension and Defaqto, would be desirable路 Great communication skills and able to build business relationships with the team and Advisers路 Strong numeracy skills with excellent attention to detail路 Must possess good IT skills路 Keen to learn and study further
