In this role you will be responsible for liaising with all stakeholders to quantify project specifications and create estimation templates. You will also work with the operations team to understand and agree tender proposals ensuring that relevant steps are taken for communicating supply chains for quotation. It is essential that you have proven experience in a technical role working within the M&E or construction sector. You must also have good knowledge of pre-construction processes and commercial awareness.

The Role:
*M&E Estimator
*Liaise with stakeholder to determine project specification and create estimation templates for quotation
*Determine resources required for all aspects of operations, recognising equipment requirements and setting budgets
*45,000 - 50,000 + Progression + Training + Sociable Company + Pension + Great Holiday Package

The Person:
*Proven experience in a technical M&E or construction position
*Knowledge of preconstruction processes
*Commercial awareness
*Good negotiation skills for pricing materials, labour costs and contract terms and conditions
