Internal Sales Engineer / Application Engineer / Technical Engineer / Sales Support Engineer required for a UK leading distributor to join their process instrumentation team, based in their Newcastle office.

The successful Internal Sales Engineer / Application Engineer / Technical Engineer / Sales Support Engineer will have knowledge of process instrumentation / sensors / process instruments (Pressure, level, temperature or flow) as youll support customers and internal / external sales teams with product selection and use your technical knowledge to develop customer solutions.

This position will ideally be office based near Newcastle, and they will consider someone commutable or looking to relocate. Sponsorship can be provided.

Identifying and selecting company products that meet customers requirements.
Generating accurate and competitive sales quotes as per the customer requirements.
Using technical knowledge of process instrumentation / sensors / process instruments to upsell and develop customer solutions flow, level, pressure monitoring, instrumentation.
Support customers and national branches
Upskill on new technical product related knowledge to build better relationships with customers.
Specifying process instruments to meet customer Process manufacturing requirements within Chemical, Oil, Gas, Pharmaceutical, Food and Beverage, etc
Office based near Newcastle

Internal Sales Engineer / Application Engineer / Technical Engineer / Sales Support Engineer Requirements

Proven experience in instrumentation sales, application, customer support, etc as an Internal Sales Engineer / Application Engineer / Technical Engineer / Sales Support Engineer or similar
Knowledge of process instrumentation / sensors / process instruments including flow, level, pressure or temperature
Knowledge of Process manufacturing sector such as Chemical, Oil, Gas, Pharmaceutical, Food and Bev beneficial
This position will ideally be office based near Newcastle, and they will consider someone commutable or looking to relocate. Sponsorship can be provided.
