We are looking is seeking an exceptional Curriculum Leader for Healthcare to shape the next generation of healthcare professionals. This role is ideal for someone with a vision for leadership and a dedication to inspiring students. You will be responsible for managing healthcare courses, ensuring that learners not only achieve their goals but also enjoy a fulfilling educational experience.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Lead the management and development of healthcare courses, ensuring they are current, relevant, and meet the high standards expected at the College.
  • Work closely with your team to monitor student progress and maintain the highest quality of education.
  • Regularly update the curriculum to keep it fresh and engaging for students.
  • Liaise with regional and national stakeholders to ensure the courses meet the current needs of the healthcare sector.
  • Implement and manage quality assurance processes, including internal and external moderation.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • A degree level or vocational qualification in Education and Training, e.g., PCET, Post Graduate Diploma in Education.
  • A related degree level qualification in a healthcare-related field.
  • Substantial vocational industry experience in healthcare.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience in managing quality assurance processes related to education.
  • An Internal Verification Qualification is desirable but not essential.
