  • Having a "hands on" approach to supporting the pupils in their learning, with a willingness to interact, engage and form a positive rapport with the pupil.
  • Liaising with parents and outside agencies to discuss progress as required.

This role requires:

  • An Enhanced DBS (ideally on the Update Service but this is not essential as we can process a new one for you)
  • Ideally a recognised Childcare-based qualification, although again, this is not essential.
  • An ability to build positive relationships and a rapport with pupils and staff.
  • A resilient, proactive, and positive nature
  • Experience of supporting pupils in a School setting.
  • Ideally experience of 1:1 Support within a School setting
  • High levels of enthusiasm, energy and positivity when working with pupils.
  • A genuine passion for supporting young people to fulfil their potential and flourish in education.
  • An enthusiastic approach and a willingness to engage with and form positive relationships with pupils.
