Our North East based client offers its innovative and popular b2c software solution via a subscription model and is targeted at diet and health-conscious consumers across the UK and beyond. They now seek to appoint a People & Culture Manager to embed their common-sense values across the business.
As People & Culture Manager, you will:
- Manage all people processes, including absence and DEI
- Take responsibility for recruitment
- Monitor performance management and reward management
- Manage Payroll and compensation
- Handle employee relations
- Support line managers to develop their teams
- Ensure the company is perceived as an Employer of Choice
- Recruit an assistant to your team
As People & Culture Manager, you will need:
- Background in operational people management
- CIPD Level 5
- Experience implementing a range of people processes
- Experience managing employee relations
- Knowledge of UK Employment Law
- Understanding of best practice in reward and recognition
