As People & Culture Manager, you will:
Manage all people processes, including absence and DEI
Take responsibility for recruitment
Monitor performance management and reward management
Manage Payroll and compensation
Handle employee relations
Ensure the company is perceived as an Employer of Choice
Recruit an assistant to your team
As People & Culture Manager, you will need:
Background in operational people management
CIPD Level 5
Experience implementing a range of people processes
Experience managing employee relations
Knowledge of UK Employment Law
Understanding of best practice in reward and recognition
