After probation it will be hybrid 3 days in the office 2 days from homeStart date: ASAPWe are currently working with a rapidly growing Managed Service Provider who are looking to bring in a 1st Line Support Engineer. The 1st Line Support Engineer will be the first point of contact for any issues relating to Desktop, VOIP, telephony and networking issues.The successful 1st Line Telecoms Support Engineer will be joining an organisation who are keen on internal progression. They will give the 1st Line Support Engineer the opportunity to progress into the 2nd Line / 3rd Line team or the networking team.Essential skills - 1st Line Telecoms Support Engineer

  • Networking - Basic troubleshooting, Switches and Routers, knowing how they work, provisioning of Router
  • Office 365 administration
  • Broadband line troubleshooting
  • VOIP/ telephony experience
  • Cloud Phone systems experience
  • Hardware troubleshooting - handsets

Desirable - 1st Line Telecoms Support Engineer

  • MSP experience
  • Experience working on physical systems
  • Good phone manner
