I am currently working with an industry leading, fast-growing technology company that have offices dotted around the UK, with this position being based around the Consett area. They serve over 9,000 customers and aim to maximise operational effectiveness and are very keen on using cutting-edge workplace technologies.

The IT Support Specialist position also offers a flexible hybrid working model where you are required to go into the office once a week.
The ideal IT Support Specialist should have (brownie points for all!):
- Experience in providing 1st line: Active Directory, O365, Windows &/or Apple, ITIL Framwork, VOIP is desirable.
- Experience in providing 2ndline: AD, O365, SQL, Networking, Sharepoint, VOIP, Microsoft, Azure is desirable.
- Both roles should have someone with a collaborative work style andexcellent communication skills

The salary for this position is ranging from £20K-£30K per annum and is flexible for the right superstar!
This position offers a hybrid working model and their office is located in Newcastle Upon Tyne, which is easily commutable from Whickham, Gateshead, Arthurs Hill, Hebburn, Jesmond and Wallsend.
